[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
This was the last shot of the day. I was walking back to the Metro stop from the Lincoln Memorial with my cousins and the sunset had painted the Washington Monument gold. I took this with the zoom set to 28mm on an automatic exposure setting through UV and polarizing filters on Photoworks 400 ASA film. I brightened up the image using Photoshop to regain the brilliant blue sky I remember seeing through the viewfinder.

Hi Rob,
Happily, a familiar sight for me! Looks like the day boasted a perfect sky, and I like the golden sun on the monument.
I kept getting comments to run my photos through Neat Image, and I finally downloaded a trial version today, and since I can see noise in your sky, I'll try it out on your shot in a workshop. . .
All the best,
Karen
