[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
This is an experimental photo...I set the shutterspeed for 30 seconds in a dark room. I had a laserpen that I used to make a design around the body....came up with an interesting effect.
The message that I was trying to portray is that as Americans, we feel an obligation and duty towards our country and although we may not believe in the policies and decisions that our government makes, we are still nationalistic and bound by honor and pride to our Country and the freedoms and/or boundaries it represents.

Dana, this is a very nice experimental effect... I have somewhat become a very basic anti-american lately with the lying asshole that was elected by the florida supreme court, but i must admit that your note is very senseful... hopefully, i'll loose some of this bias i have developped when he gets kicked out... lol Back to your pic, i find it very thrilling and beautiful:-) nothing personal of course in my previous comment;-) i have some great american friends and i agree that one should not sum the USA up to this bunch of neoconservatives... but this one does a lot of damage to the world and the image of America

Very nice idea, very creative and the result is pretty interesting too. I will buy a laser pen, today! :)

Very interesting picture. The effect of the laser pen is really stunning. I have to admit that I like it. About your note...I am not going to comment it here although I'd love to. But I think I will restrict myself to photograppy on this site and on TE.

Good,
for you to be able to step outside... ;- 0
Dana your photographic concepts are brillant. This image is bound only to ones perspective! Without the notes it is very dualistic and memorable .

Wow! what a successful experiment. Very powerful image. Nicely done! :-)
