This is a wonderful expression of emotions which you just captured. Thanks to the lovely warm light falling in the frame which has made the moment nostalgic along with the fog on the glass.. really very nice!

You have put this down as a daily life but you should really have chosen artwork as well because that is what this is ... a fine peice of photographic art...every aspect of this photo is just incredibly high quality.

Sometimes the last minute photos turn out to be better than the planned ones. I like the composition, and the way the light goes on the child's face and everything else remains darker. I also like the yellow-brownish tones of the colours.

Dean, this is just super! It's one of those photos I can/am studying for a loooong time. The warm lighting, the frost melting on the glass, the reflections in the glass...everything is just WOW! Your sons expression is priceless! The detail is superb. You're a Pro my friend, no doubt about that. I do hope you have a large print of this in your home or office.

Magnificent Dean..
You know.. I think this one in particular will do very good in B/W... and maybe artificially made a bit older.... don't know why, but this view just gives me the feeling of old days....
In a funny way I miss his little hand against the window.
:-) and indeed the light in months such as March and April are sooo wonderful, specially in the early mornings... I love to go out then just to watch the sun come up and to catch the sky...

hi dean, nice to meet you, just going through your gallery and i must say very impressive, as you have mentioned your not concerned with points you just want real opinions from the viewers(at least thats the way i see it!), so my real opinions from one serious photographer to the next as i look forward to responding to your work,
this image is technically amazing in every way, my favorite golden light with such excellent details and composition, it all about the expression and the eyes in kid shots and this is good, tells a little story almost, perhaps a simple hurry up dad i am in the car!
