Like the high viewpoint you have looking down on the Canyon, but for me the dead tree doesn't quite add to the picture. Maybe if it had been the main focus and you'd uses a shallow DoF to blur the canyon a bit so it didn't compete wit the tree (Only my opinion and it's probably wrong)

Hola Grant...very attractive compo...could be improved by capturing when the lighting is softer.
