Hi Mohammad, the sky on this picture really caught my attention and not the lights for some reason, you did well with no tripod. :)

The lights are great but I agree with Rob the sky really gets the attention. Spectacular clouds with the contrast between light and dark blue and the strange shapes. Well captured.

i'm just new on TL but your night shot without tripod caught my attention especially the sky natural blue blend with the clouds,you shot the right time, nice composition. thanks for sharing...................andres

This is a job well done without a tripod. You did managed to get it sharp. Guess this was captured on 18mm that's why the slight tilt. A superb visual. Well done.
