Here is the pond named "Sinobazuno-ike" at Ueno of Tokyo's downtown. This district hold a zoo, museum, and cultural facilities etc.
besides the pond. And this scenery is a poetic ivent in winter. So there are many wild birds(Anas platyrhynchos, Anas acuta, Shoveler, Larus ribibundus, Streptopelia orientalis etc.,) in this pond, and recently Larus ribibundus are increasing as this photo. They are ferocious in food more than other wild birds though the appearance is pure-white and beautiful. Residents in the vicinity supply the food such as bread every day.
