This is a good composition :D
You have included the sky - but not much, that would result in a large patch of glaring white. Startling white skies are patches of desert in an image full of colours.
You've got the banks levelled with the horizon, thats great - for some reason, they eye always catches tilts
The statue is sited on a third of the frame so it doesn't hog the photo unnecessarily but still remain the focus
And you've got a cleared area on the leading edge of the artpiece ( the direction of motion )
Spot metering might give you more bokeh for the background, but that might not be the look you're after
Well shot :)
