PS I wrote in our local newspaper today. a gentleman who dropped a bottle in the Saint-Lawrence river , in Champlain . Qc ( a few kms downsream of Trois-Rivieres ) 10 years ago , received a letter from Ireland earlier this month!!!!

Pretty cool idea too. Yours is much more efficient for a faster result.
