[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Hi there.

Another shot of this windy, sunny Sunday with the high waves.
Went up on the dunes to take a look across the water and this was the view I was treated to.
I hope you like it too.

Just cropped, sharpend and resized.

Cheers,
Anneke

nice photo and grate composition , but i think it could use a bit of contrast

Hi Anneke,
A nice dune and sea view, although a bit out of contrast nd lighting (IMHO). Refer my WS to see the difference. [hope you like it] Also some OE at the left horizon and some UE in the right lower part. Nevertheless I like the idea so your earned your reward absolutely! TFS.

Very good composition. The view is lovely. I feel it could be lightened a bit. Perhaps if you adjusted levels in Photoshop.

Heel mooie natuurfoto wel iets donker
dat zand

It's a very beautiful site, but I think it is missing some lighting to the photo. I'll post a WS tomorrow.

GreenBaron already posted a workshop similar to the one I promissed to post today, but here it is.

Anyway I think Greenbaron's is better than mine ;)

merhaba Anneke ;
nice photo...good camposition....selamlar

Hi Anneke. A well composed image with good colour and light. Lovely effect caused by the sagdows in the sand and good detail especially in the foreground. ALthough each of the workshops is worthy I prefer the original. TFS,
David

Many thanks for your comment on ‘Tasmanian Devil’

Hi Anneke - This is a nicely composed capture which caught my attention, but as said already by others its a little dark and flat, which you have recognised. I prefer your workshop in that it retains that bleak windy feel that I think you were trying to capture in the first place

This is so cool. Although I've been to the coast in the Netherlands I'm always surprised to see a sandy beach. I don't know why maybe because there is so much water anyway in Holland. TFS and have a great day! :-D, Lesley

Heel mooie en goede toepassing van rule of 3ths TC

Hi Anneke,

Ah images like this make me wish I lived by the wild sea... not the dam we have over here in BC. ;)

Beautiful formation in the sand... I love the ripples, to quote Ondaatje "the ripples on the dunes were like the upper hollow of a dogs mouth" or something along those lines. Nice rolls in the branders... and the minimal colour to the shot is very good, adds a lot of 'feel' to the image. Good composition, lets us see everything nicely.

Biance.
