| [Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note |
11 months ago I took a photo from the same spot 20 minutes later than this one, certainly shows how fast the days shorten up once you get passed January. A new Day Care Centre has been built across the road and they have the security lights on all night which means I get to walk around my house without having to turn lights on or fall over things, also has now to become part of the photo.
Before I get teased about it, I have just noticed I missed the piece of that darn power pole top right corner, how could I miss something that big?? |

Hi Diane,
This is a superb capture because the even though you probably had to fight with low lighting, but you show the burning sky so well. There is some noise that can be easily fixed in photoshop. Great perspective!

Hi Diane
I like this shot of the sunset in the background, the silhouette of the trees in the fore ground and the back ground, breaking up that flat dimension with the street lights and the day care lights.
Well done... TFS

P.S. I think it looks better without the pole on the right
Now why would we tease about something like that, hey????
Of course we will :-) and you should have cloned the wires too.
Very nice colors in this sunset. And I also agree with David about the noise.

Hi Diane. I know I am guilty of missing some objects now and then. The days are getting shorter and the sunrises later. Before Christmas I was attempting sunrise shots at just after 5, now it is after 6. A well composed image, the drape of the powerlines adds to the shot. Good colour and lovely semi ilhouettes. TFS and a workshop for you.
