[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Yesterday I took a white rose form someone else's garden without permission, it was late I didn't want to wake them. When I saw it I thought it would be perfect for a project I have been planning. Today I took a couple of shots of it didn't like it. My husband was wearing a black t-shirt and I asked to hold the rose (it would be easier to clear the background). After downloading I was isolating the rose when I saw the faint outlines and liked it. My project suddenly became forgotten as I worked on this selecting little parts so as not to eraese the outline. Used USM. and color saturation (on the outlines) and sharpened it, resize and cropped

What can I say...the rose is not looking better here than it did before. That's weak point of ur workshop.

I think i would like it better in a horizontal format same width, just crop out more of the top and bottom. Beautiful rose, it just seems to get lost in the background.
