[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
This is another photo taken on the green hills of Magura, during another "expedition" we went on, in august 2005 (now I realize it was taken on my birthday :) )

I didn't change much the original photo, just increased the contrast, sharpened, cropped and... cloned out a telegraph post.

How many of you were in the posture of little Dimitrie from this picture? (at least figuratively speaking)
There are quite a few episodes of stubborn disobedience I recall from my life, and now I have to admit my father was right almost every time.

I dedicate this photo to all the parents who are performing the wonderful task of guiding their children in this life... and have to put up with many forms of resistance. Your love will be returned.

impresionanta compozitie, atat fotografia cat si nota care o insoteste. O fotografie "de familie" foarte reusita. Culorile sunt superbe, peisajul deasemenea, prelucrarea e excelenta,iar subiectul... e cu adevarat emotionant. Felicitari!

Very nice note to your photo. Obviously here , Dimitries did not seem to interested in walking downhill.

Love the colors, sharpeness and costumes. Fantastic spot for a souvenir shot. I would love this composition, if there was nobody ahead of them. Here the leaders are a bit distractive. In this case , I would have suggested you to move two steps to your right. You would have had the four people together, and a better view at Dimitrie's expression too.

Just a thought.

This is a very good sharp image. Lovely to see father and son on the hills.

Sweet shot - a lovely moment captured, and I do like the symbolism there, of the father being the guide and lookout while the child is caught in the moment.
Composition is nice with the line of the grass along the lower 1/3rd of the frame and plenty of sky and hills beyond; the white of their outfits creates a beautiful contrast.

Great work - and many thanks for your workshop of my portrait of Susie. :)

I love how father and son are mirroring each other's positions. The setting is spectacular--from the detail in the grass to the magnificent mountains in the background. This is one to keep!

Very attractive photo. Good colour and light.
Good job with the PP work. The traditional costume adds value to the compostition. Good contrast with the subject and the landscape which is breathtaking.
