[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
This "gypsy" woman from Karnataka state, is having a great laugh at her freind's expense. She is in full ethnic dress, her freind is in a sari. Gypsies sell traditional handicrafts and tourist goodies at the weekly market in Anjuna. Their villages in their home state of Karnataka are very poor and primitive. They often travel for the season to tourist areas to sell whatever they can, and exist the rest of the year from the money.
