Squirrel...

... an agile tree-dwelling rodent with a bushy tail, typically feeding on nuts and seeds, in urban areas they are usually found in local parks.

This seemed as the first sunny weekend since ages. Pretty warm, lots of people in the park with their kids and pets. Everyone is enjoying the forthcoming spring.

I've taken my dog for a long walk today. Though I might as well take my camera, just in case there was something nice to photograph.

That cute little red-head was jumping about, coming along to a mother with her kid, or grandson - they had some nuts, which tempted the squirrel.

Every nut she got hold of, took to a different place, and hidden it there under the grass, soil, and leaves.

Taken more than 100 shots here. I've chosen the best ones out for this Squirrel Collage, unfortunately had the dog with me, and taking shots of this pretty quick fellow, and looking out for my pet at the same time was pretty hard, but in the end it was rewarding.

Photographs had to be sharpened pretty much, thus I am not so overwhelmed by the overall quality, but they are good enough - as it was getting dark already.

This is the first time I've captured some sort of wild life (well apart from the ones in the ZOO - as that doesn't count).

At the latter stage, each photograph had to be resized to an exact pixel size so it matches all the rest, all framed and signed.

Very cute squirrel! I love his coloring ours are dull. Cute idea, good timing they are fast. I had a baby one not too long ago but it was before I had a good camera and all the photos I got where overexposed

Impressive and interesting series of this red squirrel. The frame work is excellent my friend! Even like the pictures in this presentation. Very impressive and good quality, particular taken in account the problems to shoot these agile animals is very difficult. Job wel done and TFS!

An excellent story in little snapshots.

Perhaps not every picture is perfect, but the total is very good in showing the activity of this little cutie.

How well you have caught this little fellow, what a busy liitle squirrel. I love the pointy ears, we have some red squirrels in our area, they like to hang about by the wheelie bins of our local school, which is set adjacent to fields and woodland.
This is a beautiful collage you have shared here.

Very nice grouping of those images.The composition shows a lot of movement created by the different postures of the litle monster. Nice rusty color and good detail. Your squirrel has longer ears than ours.

This is a great shot--I like it and so does my daughter. Very well done. Thanks for the comment about the shirt--yes it is a very archival kind of shot, but there`s lots of potential for more interesting compositions.

What a great collection of squirrel pictures! Looks like he is busy scurrying about for some nuts! He has quite the ear tufts! Our squirrels look much different. Basically pure black and quite large.
