[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
This is another photo that came about as a result of a photo Trek that fellow TLer WTS and I took around Orangeville (just north of Toronto). This was our first meeting and we will likely be getting together to have another photo Trek in the near future and would welcome any other TLers in the Greater Toronto Area to join us (date and location yet to be determined).

I like the contrast between the barns being old/new and the big/small, all set in a typical winter scene here in Canada.

Although this was a very cold day only 10 days ago, it appears as though Spring may be winning the battle and elbowing out winter for another year.

PP - Very little other than crop, sharpen, frame and size for TL.

Really nice view of the old barn. I like the central position. I like the slight purple colour tones from the daylight. Well done.

Hi Todd,
It does look like a snapping cold day..and snow in the air? Colors and tones look very natural for the day. I like how you offset the big barn from center a bit, and the small ones is just fitting inside the frame. Branches coming in on top sides adds a really nice touch Todd. Everything looks good!
Sounds like fun meeting a fellow TLer and having fun day of shooting together. TFS

I would love to have some of that barn wood! I have several pieces in my home made from old barnwood, 16" planks! This is such a nice photo Todd!

Great shot Todd and if I recall this one was from the car as it was so cold with the wind.
I'll have to post the shot of the chain hanging in the open doors to go with this. Really like the detail and sharpness of this considering the day.
I'll get back to you ASAP, have been dealing with a death in the family.

Very nicely done, Todd. I like the trees that seem to frame the picture on both side at the top. I am not too certain about the two branches coming out of the bottom frame but it was probably difficult to avoid. Well done!
