excellent dynamics again hugh :)
maybe a little too much space on the left...not a big issue, a slight crop up to the musical stand should do the trip :)
excellent street photo :)

I disagree with Koh ... the space is necessary to balance the shadow. Fine document.

Hi Hugh,
Two things are so great : the blue light and the moving shadows!!! I like your composition and the fact that they are so dark, except for the face one tries to guess.

Well, I prefer the workshop version because it's a break from the general POV of this series - which is audience-eye-view. In the workshop we're given a unique angle, a glimpse of what he sees as he's playing, and I like that.
You don't need me to tell you I'm not crazy about your subject being smack-dab in the middle of each frame, but you've given your reasons for that so we'll just agree that our aesthetics differ on that one. :)
Good metering, sharpness, use of available light.
Well done
Rew

Great series again! I'm not sure which I like best. I guess all three of them. The colors and the sharpness are superb.

joli foto aussi le moment et le mouvement bien choisi
