Hi there :)
It really does look like a boat in the city! Like a submarine.
Nice picture, with blue sky, the bird flyig above and the line in the sky left from the airplane.
I can see you had nice sunshine that day :)
Well done in making Paris look like a boat!

This has good and strikingly beautiful colours. the blue and silver gel sow ell together and create a good impact. i like the way you have seen it, good perspective and pov and composed very well. The hues are gerat and so are the textures.

Like your explanatory notes! Like a short lectures of history! :)

Was in the Centre Pompidou when I first visited Paris about 10 years ago. Don't remember much from the place from that time.. except the fact that it was very modern, the sculptures outside were a bit funny IMO. Well, it's just a few little details I remember from that time. Have been in Paris two more times since then, unfortunatelly, didn't go to Pompidou.. But I'm almost sure that today I am more into modern art than 10 years ago and it would be much more interesting for me than it was then.

Anyhow.. well composed photo this is. Like the blue sky, the bird flying freely in the sky, and those four huge chimneys! The scene really reminds a ship a bit..

aaah ça me rappelle quand j'étais étudiant à l'école d,architecture, beaubourg était relativement neuf à l'époque (1978) et Renzo Piano figurait parmis nos idoles... J'aime bien l'oiseau et la trace de l'oiseau de métal qui se crioisent..
