This is a lovely piece of work, to catch the seagull like this is amazing. This part of the beach looks like a good place for some sunrise/sunset images, very atmospheric!!!

Hi Tim, your photos are getting better each time. What PP software are you using?
The colours here stand out real well. The reflections look quite blue. And the seagull - well he makes it look even better.

Each of your capture is unique and this one is yet another one, I like how you have framed it between the two rock and kept the distiction of waters from horizon! and how did you managed to call the seagull, that is what I would like to know:)
