Saarbrücken, Germany.
About 12 min exposure, just before total darkness. Timed with handwatch camera stuck on the window (hence no need for tripod!!)
Got a similar one from Slovenia (where landscape only lit by moonlight!!) I'll post it soon. It's more impressive i believe.
