[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Hi folks,
I just can't leave it be.
Shot this on the misty morning. This "hectometer paaltje" (imho not translatable) was standing by the roadside. What struck me was (again) a spider's web.

Signs like this are placed along all our roads, every 100 meters. There is the number of the road in the yellow square, the "distance", or rather the place where you are exaclty in the green square. And the name of the "province" (or "state") in the top.
So.. should anything ever hapen to you on one or our roads, just mention these numbers to the police/hospital or anyone you have on the phone that should come to your aid and they will find you in a jiffy!
