Awesome shot - great capture of the expression and pose. Excellent sharpness, depth of field, and contrast levels. I like how the vivid blue eyes really stand out.

Wow, amazing capture of motion frozen in time. Those eyes are just absolutely stunning, almost eerily powerful. The way that you captured both the dog's flying, upward ears, her hanging tongue, and her one back paw just about to lift off the ground is spectacular. I keep looking at it and I appreciate this photo more and more. Excellent POV in order to have the snow as the background for Mercury. Perfect contrasts, great exposure (snow is hard to work with). Wonderful vertical framing and cropping to leave more negative space above Mercury, giving a sense of leaping and flying. Really wonderful shot, maybe, just to be nitpicky, crop just a tiny sliver off the top edge just to get rid of the shadow or line in the snow at the top right edge. But really not too big of a deal. TFS!

Great shot. Great POV. Is that a smile on the dogs face? I love the expression. What amazing eyes. Good sharpness. My two sons have just looked at this photo & they love it.

Nice one mate! I've been trying, for two years, to get me dogs see in the camera but fail miserably everytime.

Very good action shot . It is not easy to do the focus when the dog is always running to you . Very sharp and good work with the white snow .
