With the shape of a sail, Spinnaker Tower representing Portsmouth's maritime history.
Rising 170 metres above sea level, the tower can be seen from miles around Portsmouth. Its glass floor is the largest in Europe.

Portsmouth is home to the world's oldest dry dock still in use and to many famous ships, which includes Nelson's famous flagship H.M.S. Victory. Portsmouth has declined as a military port in recent years but remains a major dockyard and base for the Royal Navy.

Hi Christian,
While I'm not fully getting the picture what this is exactly, mainly due to your POV, I do like it. It has some very interesting elements in it, nice curves, shapes and lines, and the white on blue is very attractive. The deep blue sky is super nice but seeing a fair amount of noise in it. Your POV and compo is very interesting, as is the detail you captured. Seeing a full, straight on view of this would be helpful for me and make me appreciate this shot even more. Nice shooting though and looking forward to seeing lots more photos from you! Thanks.

All the best,
Lyndon

It's a detail who will intice curiosity. I did a shot of a robot sculpture a couple of summer ago. It remain me the same play with metal and blue!
Technically i find it clear with a good control of the light. The angle is some curious. Between the detail and abstraction.
For me i prefer abstraction view... Seeing a robotic thing just dying a few seconds ago...

hi christian, first thanks for your comments on my work, this is a great shot of curves and lines. light and composition too, i am glad its a perfect blue sky too, weell done, cheers, scott
