[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Just somehow it seemed to fit the mood of Armenians today, April 24.
I won't go into any details or long stories. Whoever knows, will understand. Whoever doesn't, just treat it as a regular photo.

Thanks in advance for stopping by.

Hi Nune
I took your notes into google and found the meaning behind your post.. very nice tribute! Well seen... Thank you for the post and the education!

Tricia

I just wish to share this feeling which oppresses me the heart, that the Armenian drama must be heard by Europe which obstinately refuses there to speak about it high.
Dice which I about genocides some it intends to speak is, I have badly for the human beings, those which lived them, which known to live them and for those which close the eyes and the ears with the cries of the victims.
Your photograph by its minimalism achieves its goal, to make reflect and think.

In the two directions, the future is a long past (why the same monstrosities are remade whereas one connait the horror of this one by the history)

Thanks for this recall with the memories.
Corinne

I'm not aware of the significance, but for a 'regular photo' it feels poignant in some way - the single flower against a background of wire-mesh fence and railway tracks.
Beautifully captured, good sharpness and depth of field.
Well done, TFS

Hai Nune,
Wow. What a powerful photo. Congratulations. It carries the emotions that cannot write in words. It symbolizes all pains & sorrows; anger & hope of suffering people all over the world .

Fine image of powerful emotional import. Fine use of differential focussing. Even though the lower part of the fencing is a bit unsharp, it takes nothing away from the imapact.

Hi Nuné
Strong and powerful. I've just come back from Amsterdam and have only just caught up...if only we could move people with great images like this not to do those things that are senseless.
