KIWI & ORANGE

This is part of my FRUITS&VEGGIES series that I shot out of boredom a few weeks ago.

I placed these kiwis & orange on top of a mirror to get a good reflection.

There's no particular theme for this photo, but when I veiwed it later that day, I saw a pair of scissors, the orange being the handle and the kiwis as blades.

How about you, what do you see in this photo?

Details of PP:
- Cleaned up the BG by cloning out discolored portions
- Adjusted sharpness
- Signed & resized for Treklens

Hi Richard,

Simple and beautiful..nice reflections and the details one the orange and the kiwis are very sharp.

TFS,
Hong

hmm.. i see three fruits. one big orange. one medium kiwi and one small kiwi. hehe
honestly this is a good shot. a little pointers for this hi-key shot.
1. to avoid the orange from rolling over =), place a white paper on a wall and let them rest there instead. The mirror and the wall will blend seamlessly assuming you used direct flash here.that will eliminate a lot of pp work.(cloning etc..) i see clone marks on the right side of kiwi and left side of orange.
2. subjects are quite sharp as opposed to reflections which is fine in my opinion, for another choice, use a smaller apperture to focus both subject and reflection, making it a perfect mirror of both, either way is a fine choice i think.
TFS pre!
