Hello David,
This lily looks as if it has just come straight out of the water! A sort of mermaid lily! Incredible colours in the flower and it displays well against the black. I like the exploded frame ... it makes the subject go halfway to meeting you!

this blue lilies are always a fantastic motive.

Beautiful closeup of this water lily. The focus on the back petals with the water droplets is wonderful. Excellent color, detail and framing. The flower itself is exceptional beautiful. It is glowing on the back BG.
Nice to see the OOB top petals, but it would seem balance if you let the left and right petals protrude from the border too, JMHO.

This is a beautiful flower, I can't believe the bold bright colors in this flower. You captured it wonderfully. I like how you made the focus on the back petals it really draws the focus completely through the shot. The dark background really makes the flower pop out of the shot. The yellow and purple are make such a good contrast. TFS
