In the vortex
 |
|
| [Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note |
A small insect (DEAD NETTLE LEAF BEETLE - This is a spectacular looking beetle with it's green metallic body which glistens in the sun light. It is commonly seen on dead nettle but can also be seen on stinging nettles too. It is only about 5mm in length but has a voracious appetite and has been used in some european countries as a natural weed control.) in one of the fluffy seeds of the Yellow goatsbeard. It looks like it would be in a vortex thanks to the fluffy dispersed seed.
Oh, and just one thing: you can see a shadow on the insect, well...that's me - I had to bend a little while I was holding my camera to take the picture :-) |

Hi Csaba ;(
wonderful composition, colors, details...
Regards,

Hello Csaba,
This is a SPECTACULAR macro! The thing that bewilders me is WHY this photo has only 2 points! The insect is startling, the pattern of the dead leaf is amazing – this is an incredible photo!
Keep up the good work.
Thanks for sharing,
Esperança
