Well.... WOW.. this is superb. I tend to be attracted to darker images with vibrant colours. This is just lovely, the water somehow has a wonderful softness to it. As ever superb notes.

Once again David not only a great photo but notes as well.
The falls look great but it is the splashes of the other colors throughout the photo that IMHO make this a great shot, the green on the rock cropping, touch of reds and yellow in the plants.

David, this is outstanding, beautiful work with shutter speed and aperture. I tried to catch the running water with the blur effect a few times, always the result was overexposed. I need more practise :-) and note like yours is helpful also for me.

This is a beautiful spot and you captured it beautifully. I really like the slow shutter speed since it makes the falls look exactly like you described... a fall of silver over the cliff. I like the fall colors of the leaves that are also in the shot, little bits of shocks of color really set the whole scene. I also like the almost bare trees, they give the shot emotion. The detail you captured is wonderful also. TFS as always a wonderful photo.

A TN friend of mine has a lot of photos from this area, but I am actually not sure she posted this fall. This is really a wonderful area, which I do want to visit. The exposure in this photo is perfect. I like the fact that you mentioned that you rather over expose the photo to get all details. I do find the greens and blues in the photo a bit too heavy. But that might be my monitor.
