[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
I have seen this guy walking up and down a busy street so many times and each time I was without a camera. One day with camera in hand he gave me the opportunity to have a photoshoot. He is quit an interesting character and has had some bad circumstances in life. I wish him the best as each and everyone deserves.

Hi Mel, did you get to talk to this guy much? Is he an Elvis impersonator? (I hear there are quite a few in the U.S.) Very good shot of this guy, it looks somewhat candid, but also clean and balanced. You have this very plain and rather monotone out-of-focus background to make this colorful guy just pop out, he really does demand the attention ;) Very good vertical framing that not only suits the formal portrait-style but also helps to create a balance between the tilt of his neck and head and his clever pointing hands. I would have preferred that the hand was not cropped at the bottom edge, neither the right arm cropped at the right, and that the right hand was not out-of-focus, but of course there was little time to adjust focus and such. Now, that natural lighting is perfect because it perfectly illuminates the right side of his face and body, making his Elvis hair shine and creating nice contrasts and shadows in the folds of his shirt. Excellent expression from him, he seems to know he is the King ;) Really wonderful tones and rich colors. He stands out in the gallery, hehe. Thanks for sharing!
