Hi Neil
Very nice shot
Good capture of the breaking wave.
The image colors are a little flat though and there is some kind of red color cast.
I also would like to have seen a bit more space on top.
I did rework the image a little for you in photoshop.
Hope you like it.
Best regards, Harry

Dramatic action shot this shot exudes force with the wave action the size of the ship.

I listened to the report of this on the BBC world service this morning. Great piece of photojournalism. Apparently this is a potentiallty catastrophic environmental situation. It is carrying a lot of oil.

Hi Neil,
Excellent journalistic shot, the colours seem a little light but that is only a minor issue, you have caught the moment well with the wave breaking over the ship.

Hi Neil,
This ship certainly is getting a pounding, and as you say not likely to move in a hurry with more bad weather on the way. Just hope it doesn't start breaking up! Those waves are awesome! Well captured and TFS, from South OZ.
Cheers Tina :-)
