dead fish and many other pollutants have made a water advisory for this area. there are also alot of oil refineries and such in the area (maybe part of the reason for all the dead fish) the water is so bad in some places that when it rains the rain water floats on top for a second before it mixes with the other water due to all the oil and such in the water. many ships also pass through the area carrying who knows what into the ports in the area. thanks for viewing
