A great action shot, must have been something to capture this photo. Alas, my only technical critique here is the left side, the darker background around the photo, kind of distracted me.

Hahaha, the dog was probably running away from you two ;) Excellent shot Danijel, full of live and emotion (happiness :D). I love the use of a fast shutter speed to "freeze" you two in the air and to capture your big smiles and legs kicked up. It completely serves the message and intended mood of the photo. What I think makes this distinctive and appealling too is the desaturated or washed-out tones in the shot. There's the unifying khaki hue that dominates and it really gives the photo its own character. Great point of view from more below, looking up at you two to give a sense of you in the air, freedom, and space. There's a nice little balance between the light and reflections captured on your sunglasses and the clouds at the top left. The darkened or richer-colored edges and corner create a lovely subtle vignette effect that I love. Even though you two are technically centered in the shot I think that it works here to focus on your expressions. I would have preferred if the clouds were not cropped at the left edge, but I love the inclusion of the grass (so sharp and detailed :) ) at the bottom and right to balance. Excellent focus and detail throughout. May I ask what kind of post-processing you used on the sky? TFS!

Hi Danijel,

I can totally understand what your dog must have been thinking! :-)
How often did you jump on self-release before you got it right? Well, good exercise for sure! If you set it on time lapsing you can keep on jumping for half an hour. Could be a nice sort of workout!
I think you were at the 17mm of your lense and that has created the vignetting? I think I would have liked it even more if it would be a bit off center to the right. It would also have given more of the left clouds. But I also like it the way it is!

Greetings, Dennis

Great timing! the expressions says it all, they're happy alright! the BG skies adds joy to the composition.. although for some blurry feet, the image is wonderful.tfs
