[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Another glimpse of the many moods of Maine's coast. This one remained color, but got a healthy boost in saturation and shifted the color balance slightly. I burned the edges as well. This one'smy favorite so far, which gives me something to beat next time out!

Not as clean as the composition like the previous you submitted. You have a lot of foreground rocks that more or less cut through the middle of the image. They lead into the sunset that is also blocked by rock. The process of the image is sound with the whispy water and the sunset sky colors but I think it needs a bolder stronger composition of sorts and a solid subject to the image.

Like your previous image you also have some artifacts in the image especially notible in the top right of this image. I also notice them in your previous too. I think you have some dust on your sensor. Its a pain in the butt but you should go into the original file and clean up those spots and then look at having your sensor swabbed.

I remember when I first saw your pictures about ten years ago and I'm so glad to see you are still at it. Maine is full of the most beautiful places. Best wishes, Erin
