~hope~
In Utah we have 6 missing miners I think they have been missing for 12 days.. Just last night I saw a news clip that 6 ambulances had been sent to the mine! I had HOPE... But not for very long as they where not sent for the original 6 but for the rescue crew... On last report 3 are dead and they have suspended the rescue effort for the original 6 missing. I just can not imagine what the families are dealing with...

I know other parts of the world are also experiencing a loss due to natures wrath!

I ~hope~ your loved ones are safe! And never ever forget to give your loved ones that extra hug!

Photo: taken on the same bunch of flowers as yesterdays upload..

~ I was going to name this ~so delicate~ but as I was typing that is when I heard on the radio they where calling off the search for the missing 6~ So my thoughts changed to the families!

I love the detail in the face...but the DOF kind of ruins the macro work.
Maybe it's the shutter speed?

Hello Tricia, very beautifull macro well composed with nice colors and great details on the head,
well done,
friendly,
Pat

It's on the news here too Tricia.
It's a real tragidy for those who are left behind. What I can't " understand " is :
They can fly to the moon, make trips to the ISS but they can't " control " Earth.
Why ?

About the photo ...

Composition and colours are ok but,
those wings that are out of focus
kills the picture

Hello Tricia.
Sad to read your notes here. Pre to god they will be rescued.
Mines should be closed allover the world, not really nessesary anymore.
Beautiful picture here with the butterfly. Good catched.
Always nice to see pictures of them.
I uploaded also several pics of it, and will do in future too.
