[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
The woman is making gozleme. They make a dough with only flour and water and then they fill it with cheese, parsley, meat, etc. It is then folded and cooked over a special hot plate.

The gozleme I ate here were the best ones ever!

Hi Tania,
A beautiful image you have here of daily life and I'm sure a treasured memory. I like the colour and the slight motion in the woman's hand.
The image is let down a little by the overexposed white areas (mainly the table) resulting in a loss of detail and it's a little 'soft' looking overall, but it looks difficult light conditions you were shooting in. Well done!.
