Though it still was August and summertime when I took this photo, many fields were already empty and farmers were preparing for winter.
Thanks for your comments, critiques and suggestions!

verder mooie belichting

that is another good shot! that just made ground looks impresive!

but actually, the thing which made me thinking the most is that how you used the frame to compensate the flat and not interesting sky! that is very good idea and next time when i will have that problem i will think about that solution!
TFS ( your ideas as well)

Kind redards
Maya

Hi Erik,
That rich soil is the same as we have here in Pukekohe. They grow mainly potato and onions, along with most other vegetables.
Your farmer is never going to win "Ploughman of the Year" unless he straightens those furrows a bit:-)
Nice lighting makes this image special.
My kindest regards,
Peter.

Jaja ... weerom heel mooi !
Die voren, dat kleurverloop, ...
Klein detail dat ik ook pittig vind :
die stofwolk rechts achter de tractor.

Prachtig Erik, goed " gezien "

Jan

Bonjour Erik
Bel ouvrage.
Bonne journée.
Amicalement
Gildas

Hi Erik,
Nice rural setting. Good place to try some shots.

My take on your presentation:
a) the tractor is too central, situation worsened by the sig below,
b) the large haystack on the left detracts,
c) the sky is bleak and as such there is too much of it.
Have tried a quick WS to show what I mean...

Thanx for sharing and keep plowing away!!!

Groetjes,
Sjaak

hello Erik! great shot! fantastic scenery! wonderful frame! TFS

Hi Erik,
groeten,
Joop!

Dear Erik Cuypers,
very interesting and beautiful pattern of the field. and this light is nice to make good shadow of curved stripes on it.
colors are vivid and I can feel the smell of your land.
thank you,
Akihisa
