Wow I cant believe I missed this picture, this is a very nice looking image, very nice composition, 5 stars for this, a little dark but its great, I would not change anything.
Suggestions crop a little from the bottom, just a tiny bit. TFS

I like the scene here and you choice of the low angle is good. The blurred water is very nice especially because it's flowing from a few different angles.
