a good Tilt here.. what time was it?
i like this unquiet baltic sea.. it's full of mood.. light is a little bit too dark.. however the scene is perfect.. with this poor ship.. in the middle of this wild element..

was für eine wilde ostsee! da werde ich ja schon vom zuschauen seekrank.*g*
und ein schiff, das bergab fährt, keine schlechte mit dem
tilten, vielleicht wäre sogar ein stärkeres tilten noch
effektvoller gewesen, dazu ein wenig aufhellung, da die komposition trotz der tollen atmosphäre ein bisschen dunkel ist.

your picture shows the ocean in a strong way , and the composition is quite good with vessel in the horizon and the wave in the foreground
I think you have tilted the picture , other wise horizon must be horizontal
