Hi Dominique, welcome to TL!
This is interesting and the background is good, but it could be sharper and there's a lot of "dead space" in the foreground and on the left. I think you'd have got a better shot by putting the arch more in the centre of the photo. Good colours though and you've caught the detail of the arch well.
