this is my school teacher. it is very common here in Japan where people use bicycle for their transportation. especially, considering that there are a few space for car parking and eventhough there are some it is expensive.
i put the object on the left side because i was just trying to take an unusuall shot, where the object is usually to be on the centre. i notice that i left a lot of space on the right. so how do you think about it? thank you.. |

very nice image Willy..I liked its composition very much..I would cut it in square cropping some from right but I am little obsessed in squares (obsessed in symmetry in fact)...this is good to me..
willy, congratulations.
this picture imho is beautiful as it is.
sepia is just fantastic here.
it´s elegant and very charming to see those legs/shoes leaving the frame this way!
thanks for sharing.
ps: next time, add your signature to the pics in another tone. white disturbs the composition (again, imho)
J'aime beaucoup cette composition décentrée, le cadrage laisse une part de mystère (si on ne lit pas la note)Le format rectangulaire uniforme de la photo reçoit parfaitement bien les courbes du vélo. bravo
Very moody and sad photo all at the same time. The feeling of going away is shown perfectly through the angle as well as the B&W tones. The negative space balances the shot very nicely. Nothing to nit pick here. Excellent stuff!

A nice composed one and I like the "unknown" person (Yes, I know it is your teacher, but...), good shot, Willy !
And your title "she left" is well chosen!
I like the way you chose to place your teacher on the left, which gives a good amount of negative space on the right. Great composition. Well done.
