| [Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note |
the sweets he has in the box are called 'freska';which is tradtional sweet sold in alexandria, usually by the beach and creaks and its very common for very young guys like the one in the photo, and somtimes old men, to be seen walking around with a box on their shoulder, selling them and calling for costomers (usually children) saying 'FRESKA! FRESKA!'
this sweet is made of thin layer of waifer sugar, with nuts, sometimes coconut, some times sesmie coverd with another thin layer of waiver and sugar
its very tastey!
u gotta have some of it when u visit oneday! =)
PP: cropped tighter, adjusted lighting, contrast and resized for TL.
reduced saturation to express more of the poverty/simplicity mood here...
let me know what u think =)
hope u liked it

Hi, Suhailah,
Very good introduction of the "FRESKA", and photo in nicely shot. Good to reduce a little of the satuation but the upper left is a bit over-exposed. Anyhow, I like it.
