I like the idea here: an unusual PoV and composition and fine conversion to sepia. However the focus is really very soft.
But the real reason that your fine image goes unnoticed is simple:
All artists like to have their work appreciated and noticed. The best way to do that is to pay attention to the work of others in the gallery. Write at least 10 critiques of other people's pictures each time you post one of your own and you will soon have lots of people visiting yours and making helpful comments and suggestions.

j'aime beaucoup ta photo, le contraste est très sympa,
ceci dit, j'aurais moins insisté sur le cadre, il est un peu trop présent à mon goût,
