Very nice portrait, good mix of natural and halogen light, nicely composed.

I'd like to know more about your post-processing treatment - gaussian blur on her face, I'm guessing? Or just noise reduction?

Great sharpness in her eyes though, very effective indeed!

Nice Portrait Jan, I like the crop on this image I think it adds drama. Composition is excellent and the blur works well here. The lighting has caused an exceptional amount of colour range from strong blues, to subtle reds and bold yellows. I love it... TFS

Hello Janneke, you can be proud of you as a mother and as a photographer.
And you can be proud of your daughter. She is very pretty. And she is nice to pose for you. I do the same with my boys and their girlfriend when they are available. I have so much fun doing this with them. You can see pictures of them in my portfolios.

Here I like your close-up and tight croping. Nice wind in her hair, it makes the picture so natural.
And I do like you, using the light available because I don't like the colour that the flash makes and the hard contrasts.

Very sharp image.
Good black bg to go with ther shirt.

Really great lighting- it is somewhat spooky, but sensual at the same time. That's just my opinion though. :)
Great sharpness- and I really like how her hair looks. Nice details and clarity- interesting tilt.

Nou ja zeg de appel valt niet ver van de boom.
Een prachtige dochter. Ook een natuurlijke pose en mooie uitsnede.
Toch heb ik een aantal opmerkingen om dochterlief nog mooier te maken.
Er zit een magenta kleurzeem in de foto. Dit gaat redelijk goed met de zwarte achter grond maar op het voorhoofd lijkt het alsof ze in de disco is.
Dan kijk ik naar de wenkbrauwen en die zij even hard ge-soft als het gezicht. Als je de top laag soft (zoals de foto is) en de laag daaronder scherp. Dan maak je en masker voor ogen mond en wenkbrauwen. Je kunt de ogen iets ophalen met een dodge en de kleur corrigeren in de workshop de eerste stap. (het kan beter met meer tijd)

Hi Janneke, wonderful shot of your baby. Excellent sharpness and detail and great pov. I would have stayed away from blue light, though, for this as she looks a bit cyanotic. TFS Redder lighting makes a big difference (or gold).
