Welcome to TrekLens, Kelly

Thanks for sharing this shot of your friend. In truth, there are probably a number of things that could be improved with this shot - crop, lighting, focus - but it has nice energy.

I'm looking forward to your contributions!

Hi Kelly
Firstly welcome to TrekLens and let me say that this is a great first post. I agree with Rew that the energy in this shot is nice, but you captured a great pose and this picture does have a good feel or mood to it. looking forward to your future posts Thanks for sharing Lindsay.

Hi Kelly! Welcome to TL! :)
I like her party mood expression and her pose here, saying it's party time! :) I like he crop. You can use hight key saturation to make it more intense, but this is fine also. There is vive here!
TFS and keep posting!
Freddie :)

Hi Kelly,

I like this action shot of your depicting true movement of your subject. The bent her body creating the diagonal effect I guess made me also like how cropping was done. I believed this has been PP'd using extraction tool right?

Regards and welcome

Nice movement. The flash makes a great effect by creating a halo arround the subject. Seems to be great time and the picture kept it. Good first post. Welcome!

hi Kelly,
very interesting shot with nice movement model,
nice POV and feel full of energy.

Hi Kelly, nicely done, lots of verve! The focus is a bit soft and the lighting can use some work as the light is too harsh on the model's face. A diffuser could help with this.

nice model she is beautiful...

Hi Kelly
It's nice to come across someone who'e even newer to TL than I am. Welcome! I realy like this picture - it expresses so much energy. Must have been a pretty good party. I wonder, though, was this candid or was she posing? Either way, I look forward to seeing more of your work - and to reading your intro.
cheers
Stephen

wonderful portrait shot
lot of action into the picture and a nice pose
