Galing naman ng pag ka execute, may underexposed areas nga lang sa buildings (could be my monitor). I would also prefer a bit more water and a bit less sky (para mas mag adhere to the "Rule of thirds, but feel free to break this rule from time to time). Saka medyo tilted nga (very minor).

Overall all the photo is good, nice blue tones and details. Well done!
