On my wau back from Arkansas, we traveled west for a while, then south from Dallas to Austin. Just as the sun was headed down, I was on the passenger side of the car, so I rolled the window down, at 70mph, I attempted a shot...as you can see, the shutter speed was 1/8000 sec.

This is the best of all the shots. I liked how the building that was being constructed, framed the sun.
Have a great Saturday!
Linda

Yep, just enough shutter speed. Nice capture with the sun behind the structures - painted a lovely high speed (70mph - 1/8000) image.

Hi Linda, this is a success, very well done and the shutter speed did it.
Good framing with the tower indeed.
Great and warm colour. And just a nice hallow.
Very sharp too.

ps: many thx for your great tips on "Gatineau Park from Dunlop Trail". Yes it is getting quite cold here, around 2 celcius today and some snow in the eastern townships :)
