Excellent capture, with vivid colors and a cute subject. By looking at the bark, I wonder if the camera focused a little bit ahead of your subject. In any case, a tighter crop that would move your model off-center towards the top right corner of the image would be desirable.

I saw a photo very similar to this one in the gallery a week ago but with a fox and it was so funny its face.
and now I can enjoy another great composition and photo with this one!!
So lucky you could take this one!! It wanted to be photographed :)

from my opinion I think the blur helps a lot and the the compo is good!!

Great capture, he is cute the way he is peaking round the tree at you. You must have been very quick with the camera to get this.

Bonjour Josee, il est vraiment cute cet ecureuil et tu as ete tres chanceuse de pouvoir le photographier juste a temps et de plus, avec une main ferme, il n'y a pas de mouvement :)

Belle surprise que ce curieux petit monstre d'écureuil. Bien capté ce moment qui ne dure que le temps de ta photo d'hier. Joli couleurs bon arière plan, jolis détails de l'écorce de l'arbre et et de la bouille de l'écureuil
