Hi Subhayan
Good choice of subject, but not a great shot. The biggest issue is composition: it's usually not a good idea to put your subject in the middle of the frame. If you Google the "rule of thirds" you'll find some interesting info about composition!
The other issue here is crop. There's not enough crow! There is so much empty space in this photo that it lacks the impact it should have.
Keep shooting and I look forward to seeing the results!
