I'll try to avoid saying dominant since it is one of the only words I say these days. Very nice pic. B$W is prolly my fav. medium and it is perfect for this pic. Much better contrast than your first pic. Stay with B$W it seems to be working, and hopefully soon we'll see more good pics! Thanks for sharing.
