This is the Little Wenatchee River which feeds into the Lake Wenatchee. The Fall (Autumn) colors are outstanding in this part of Eastern Washington primarily between October 1 and into the third week of October. This area is about 1/2 hour drive from the town of Leavenworth, WA. This would be my son, Philip's ("philip" here on treklens) preferred way of composing a shot. God's best,

what a beautifuly taken shot. the area is georgeous. I find the compsition very distracting. Maybe a frame would have given it the little extra. Very nice shot.
i like the picture
and the framing is creative but imo too big and prominent
