Hi Pawel,
Very good idea and realisation to transmit a strong feeling. The light is superb giving intensity to the teddy bear colours and I like the pp in the hands, the desaturation (B&W) is very good for contrast and I love those cracks like the fingers are starting to break.

LOL. I like your professional studio, it looks almost as sophisticated as mine; I use a black fleece and two halogen spotlights ;o))
Nice set-up, the partial desaturation of the hand is ok. The "dirt" layer is a bit "too much", perhaps just adding some grain & noise to it would have a similar effect...
Just under the red line under the top frame there's a lighter edge - probably the end of your t-shirt? IMO you'd best have dodged that, Pawel. But that's just a tiny nit-pick.
